Design Process

Our process begins with a conversation. We discuss your vision of design, functionality, and sustainability. We take the time to understand your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle, ensuring that the design reflects your personality and how you live.

Once we have a clear understanding of your goals, we begin sketching preliminary concepts. This is a collaborative process where we refine ideas together, exploring options that best suit your style and needs.

After finalizing the concept, we move on to creating detailed architectural drawings. These plans serve as the blueprint for your project and include everything from layout and dimensions to materials and finishes.

Throughout the project, we maintain open communication, keeping you informed and involved in every step. Whether it’s selecting sustainable materials or optimizing energy efficiency, we ensure that your priorities are at the forefront of the design.

New Home Design

We offer approachable and affordable design services for new homes, starting at $0.65 per square foot under roof. This includes an initial consultation and up to three red-line revision meetings to ensure your vision is fully realized.

Residential Remodels

Due to the many variables in remodel projects, we price these on a case-by-case basis. We provide free on-site consultation to understand your goals and offer an immediate quote for the full design scope, so you know the cost upfront before starting your project.

Plot Plans

We accommodate both large and small projects. If you only need a plot plan, we can provide one for $250. A complete and sealed property survey is required.

Elevation design

If you have a floor plan but need help creating stunning elevations, we can assist in designing a front elevation with great curb appeal that reflects your style. Our elevation design service starts at $450.

Drafting

We offer drafting services for individuals, production builders, and custom home builders. Pricing is available by the hour ($85/hour, 2-hour minimum) or by the project. Services include new starts, plan revisions, updates to meet residential codes or subdivision requirements.
